Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Animation and Multimedia Service. We are looking for illustrator for a children’s book. We need someone that can create an animation based on illustrations. It can be fairly simple animation with background elements moving, sound effects, maybe the text appearing, and some basic character movement (for example mouths moving, blinking etc). We need some creative ideas and inputs. The animation will be used on youtube and various websites to promote the book.
