Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development and Animation Service. We are looking for development of android Animation.

Development of application that:
1. Load a background image from draw able and display on the screen.
2. Given x and y coordinates, display 10 images on the top of the background image. Each image has different coordinates.
3. Each image is moving like fish in a tank.
4. When an image is touched, a web page is open. Make each image have its own URL.
5. Provide us source code which can run with Eclipse.
