Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Software and Animation Service. We are looking for development of flash game.

Requirement:
1. be turn based, with the ability to quit or restart the game at any point,
2. rules explainer 'help' button,
3. sounds for 'start of game', 'end of game', and 'illegal move',
4. two player board (100 boxes), game pieces (blue vs red teams), player able to name own team,
5. team storage bin for opponent's retired pieces,
6. ability to engage clock*, speed of play, stats (wins / losses),
7. multi-view option (front, top, and side)
8 Ability for non-players to spectate,
9. various skill levels.
