Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Animation and Cad Service. We are looking for incredible 3D animator. We need animator that can create very futuristic building renderings of upcoming builds.

We need:
-fly through of a 5 story building
-fly through will be inside and out
-presuming nearby buildings are simple shapes
-objects like escalators are expected to be animated, and people are walking around
-internal will include mostly hallways, or a handfull of individual rooms
-detail is expected high quality
-two files are expects, a video file of the whole fly through, and maybe a 3D model of the building external that can be played on a 3D display.
CAD drawings and detailed images will be provided.
