Description: We are UK based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design, Animation, DTP and Typesetting Service. We are looking for Graphic Design and Animation for University. The duration of the contract is 4 years.

Scope:
1. LOT 1: Graphic Design
The overall annual expenditure for the first year of the contract is expected to be circa GBP 650 000 for graphic design
2. LOT 2: Web Design
The overall annual expenditure for the first year of the contract is expected to be circa GBP 350 000 for web design and development.
3. LOT 3: Video production
The main areas of work for video production include promotional videos and talking heads. The overall annual expenditure for the first year of the contract is expected to be circa GBP 150 000 for video production.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 1, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
