Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Animation and Multimedia Service. We are looking for Creation of Series of Cartoons. We need someone that can create series of 4 cartoons for website. We need to create around 2-3 crore characters with accompanying backgrounds (office, boardroom etc) and props (furniture, office equipment etc). The characters must be simple 2D illustrations and are needed in multiple poses.
