Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Animation and Multimedia Service. We are looking for provision of the Video and Multimedia Production Services. The duration of the contract is 1 year with the possibility of further extension for 2 years.

Scope:
1. Produce original videos and photo montages, but not limited to: video announcements, mini-documentary style video essays, commercials, advertisements, location biographies, personal and business profiles.
2. These videos must be formatted for the web, DVD and e-mail distribution.
3. Service Provider must have high proficiency in:
a. visual storytelling,
b. documentary video production,
c. scripting,
d. story boarding,
e. field and studio camera operation,
f. sound, engineering and editing,
g. Development of videos must be produced using a minimum of 3-chip HDV video shot in 1080i, 24p and/or 720p,
h. Final Cut Studio 2 or later version
i. Uploading videos to YouTube
j. non-linear editing,
k. field and studio lighting,
l. camera operation and sound,
m dubbing,
n. logging,
o. transcribing and digitizing footage,
p. planning and organizing travel arrangements,
q. graphic design,
r. voice-over,
s. scanning, and
t. photo manipulation.
4. Videos must include, but not limited to: attribution, titles, credits, music and HTML embedding code.
5. All videos must be optimized for display on web sites.

This is a global and off site tender. The value of each contract is anticipated not to exceed 50000 USD over a 3-year period. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 28, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
